Every participant who completes the agreed proposal work receives a pitch fee, whether or not they are selected. The fee and payment date are set before work starts.
This pays the selected designer to develop your chosen concept into the final deliverables. It is separate from their pitch fee.

No. These KRW figures help you plan a budget. For international work, we will confirm the scope, team availability, payment currency and taxes before giving you a quote.
Pitch fees pay for completed proposal work, so choosing none of the concepts does not make those fees refundable. We will set out cancellation terms and what happens if you do not choose a proposal before you commit.
No. The designer keeps those rights unless you make a separate agreement. Your full project contract will specify the rights to the selected work.
