We are building our first designer network. The planned format brings together 3–5 designers per project, with a pitch fee for everyone who completes the agreed proposal work.

Paid design task
We may ask you to complete a short paid task to see how you respond to a brief. We will confirm the brief, fee and deadline with you before you start.

Interview
We discuss how you work with clients, handle feedback and manage deadlines. Before any international project, we will also confirm contract and payment arrangements with you.

The model
What to expect from a pitch.
Paid proposal work
Each project is planned for 3–5 designers. You receive a fee for completing the agreed proposal work, whether or not you are selected. You will know the fee, deadline, payment date and any settlement costs before accepting an invitation.
Your work and your rights
There is no fee to apply. If your concept is chosen, the full project starts under a separate contract. You keep the rights to unselected work unless you make another agreement.
