Privacy notice
Draft — pending legal and operational review. This English notice is based on the current Korean draft. The retention schedule, processor arrangements and any international-transfer disclosures still require confirmation. It is not a finalized privacy policy.
1. Information and purposes in the draft
The Korean draft lists project title, discipline, description, budget, timing, company, contact name, phone number and email for contest applications. For designer applications it lists name, email, portfolio link, discipline and experience. The stated purposes are preparing a contest proposal, reviewing designers and entering into and performing contracts. The draft also describes referral and UTM information for understanding how applicants find the service.
The English inquiry tools prepare an email draft for you to review and send through your email app. They do not submit an application automatically. Only include information you want to share; avoid sensitive data and confidential project files in an initial message.
2. Retention
The Korean draft proposes deleting applications that do not lead to a project two years after receipt, and retaining contracted project records for periods required by applicable law. This schedule and its implementation require confirmation before the final notice is published. No separate retention period for international email inquiries has been finalized in this draft.
3. Sharing with designers
The Korean draft provides for sharing a project description and company name with participating designers for the purpose of running a contest. Client contact details are shared with the selected designer only with the client’s consent. Other third-party disclosures are not provided for without the user’s consent in the draft.
4. Service providers
The Korean draft identifies Supabase for data storage and Vercel for web hosting. It names Seoul as the intended Supabase region. Actual processing locations, provider terms, email handling and any international transfers require operational verification and appropriate disclosure before the policy is finalized; this page does not confirm that all data remains in Korea.
5. Your requests
The draft provides for requests to access, correct or delete personal information, or suspend its processing. For a current inquiry or a privacy-related request, contact plentypaperstudio@gmail.com. The procedure for handling these requests is still being finalized.
